Your vessels and platforms are followed from our monitoring rooms in Rotterdam, Singapore and Houston on a 24/7 basis. We perform systematic inspection, detection, and correction of incipient failures either before they occur or before they develop into major defects. This enables us to perform predictive maintenance, allowing convenient scheduling of corrective maintenance and preventing unexpected equipment failures. In other words: we produce the right information at the right time.
When a problem occurs or ‘Global Technical Assistance Center’ (GTAC) makes a quick and accurate analysis and assesses the most effective and relevant support. Radio Holland’s specialists will be able to diagnose and solve the majority of problems remotely. In case of necessary spot service, GTAC will provide the Service Coordination Centre with all relevant information. The attending field engineer arrives on the job fully briefed and ready to operate.
