Full Class Approval ABS, GL and BV

RH Panama, one of the latest additions to the extensive Radio Holland Group worldwide network, is well on its way to increase business and the company experiences steady growth. Apart from Radio Holland’s well known expertise in maritime communication and navigation equipment, RH Panama has built up a good reputation in an additional expertise: engine-room automation systems with official dealerships of brands like PRAXIS Automation Technology BV and Hyundai Heavy Industries Co. Radio Holland Panama’s working area is Central America.  Recently RH Panama concluded successful audits from American Bureau of Shipping, Germanischer Lloyd and Bureau Veritas and acquired full class approval. NKK Class approval is in progress.  This means that customers can contact RH Panama for radio surveys from these classification companies as well as VDR annual performance testing.

Additionally the RH Panama engineers have been trained further on the latest developments in automation systems to be able to support customers in the most effective way. It concerned Praxis Automation Technology, who empowered RH Panama as Certified Service Agents since December, 2008.  Many of the tugs of Panama Canal operation and SMIT Towage Panama Co. are using this system.

With Hyundai Heavy Industries Co. Ltd., RH Panama is certified on operation, maintenance and inspection of equipment since April 2009, on different types of equipment:

• Hyundai Intelligent Voyage Data Recorder – HiVDR & HiVDR-E
• Hyundai Marine Switch & Consoles Power Management System ( HiMAP BCG, Aconis 2000-PMS ).
• Hyundai MCCB, ELCB, ACB, VCB and Magnetic Switch
• Hyundai Motors & Generators
• Hyundai Advanced Control and Integration System ACONIS-1000, ACONIS-2000, ACONIS-PMS
   

Radio Holland Panama SA is the first company in a free-zone location called Howard. This free-zone is catalogued as the New Business Center of the Americas at Panama. The office location will ensure customers easy and fast logistics for the full range of deep-sea equipment and spare parts to be ready for delivery from stock.
